跨海大桥装配式承台海绵—橡胶止水技术研究

摘要 装配式承台的海绵—橡胶止水技术是在综合港珠澳大桥和青岛海湾大桥的止水技术经验基础上,依托厦门第二东通道工程提出的一种新型止水施工工艺。橡胶止水带通过预压、膨胀后产生变形挤密间隙,从而达到环向止水的效果,主要靠海绵条的弹性恢复力与钢管壁之间产生挤压实现竖向止水;速凝砂浆起到二次止水作用。海绵—橡胶止水技术在现场施工中取得了良好的止水效果,有效控制了止水失效的风险,可以高效、经济地实现承台与钢管复合桩之间的止水。 The sponge-rubber sealing technology for prefabricated pile cap is a new water stop construction technology based on the water stop technology experience of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and Qingdao Bay Bridge and relying on the Xiamen Second East Passageway Project.The rubber waterstop produces deformation and compaction gap after pre-loading and expansion,so as to achieve the effect of circumferential waterstop;and the vertical water stop mainly depends on the elastic restoring force of the sponge strip and the extrusion between the steel pipe wall,and the quick setting mortar plays the role of secondary water stop.Through a series of water stop tests,the feasibility of sponge-rubber sealing technology is demonstrated and optimized,and good water stop effect is achieved in the field construction,and the failure risk is effectively controlled.The water stop between the pile cap and the steel pipe composite pile can be realized efficiently and economically.
