磁测桩法在既有建筑管桩基础检测中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 既有建筑的管桩基础的磁场分布相当于被地球磁场磁化的有限长直圆柱体的磁异常分布,根据磁场垂直分量曲线拐点、垂直分量梯度曲线极值点及背景场特征可判定管桩桩长。该文结合工程实例,应用磁测桩法检测既有建筑下埋深为24m的管桩基础,并利用孔内摄像进行验证。结果表明,磁测桩法应用于既有建筑管桩基础检测结果准确,具有良好的效果。 The magnetic field distribution of the pipe pile foundation of existing buildings is equivalent to the magnetic anomaly distribution of a finite straight cylinder magnetized by the magnetic field of the earth.Based on the inflection point of the vertical component curve of the magnetic field,the extreme value point of the vertical component gradient curve and the background field features,the length of the pipe pile can be determined.Combined with an engineering case,this paper used the magnetic pile measuring method to detect the pipe pile foundation with a buried depth of 24m under the existing building,which was verified by imaging testing.The results show that the magnetic pile measuring method applied to the pipe pile foundation of existing buildings has accurate detection results with remarkable effects.
