摘要
近年,随着养殖业的快速发展,蛋白类饲料原料的需求与日俱增。豆粕是畜牧生产中应用最广泛和用量最大的蛋白质饲料。受国际地缘政治动荡和新冠疫情的双重影响,豆粕一直供不应求,价格高居不下,急需一种能够替代豆粕的优质蛋白质饲料。玉米蛋白粉是玉米加工淀粉的副产物,蛋白质含量高,在我国年产量超过8万t。文章综述了玉米蛋白粉的来源、营养特性、加工方法及其在动物生产中的应用。
In recent years,with the rapid development of aquaculture,the demand for protein feed materials is increasing.Soybean meal is the most widely used protein feed in animal husbandry.Affected by the international geopolitical turmoil and the COVID-19 epidemic,soybean meal has been in short supply and the price remains high.Therefore,a high-quality protein feed that can replace soybean meal is urgently needed.As a by-product of corn processing,corn gluten meal has a high protein content,and its annual output in China exceeds 80000 tons.In this paper,the sources,processing methods,nutritional characteristics and application of corn gluten meal in animal productions were reviewed.
