黄芪、当归配合维生素E对青山羊同期发情的影响

Effects of Astragalus membranaceus,Angelica sinensis and Vitamin E on Estrus Synchronization in Gray Goat

为提高青山羊的同期发情率,在饲养条件相同的情况下,将60只15~20月龄的健康母青山羊分为3组,对照组按照常规方法饲养,试验Ⅰ组注射氯前列烯醇(PGF2a),试验Ⅱ组注射氯前列烯醇并加喂黄芪、当归配合维生素E粉添加剂。结果显示:3组羊平均日采食量差异不显著(P>0.05);第1次注射氯前列烯醇后,试验Ⅱ组比对照组发情率提高35个百分点,差异显著(P<0.05),比试验Ⅰ组发情率提高15个百分点(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅰ组发情时间主要集中在氯前列烯醇注射后0~48 h。第2次氯前列烯醇补注后,试验Ⅱ组发情率达95%,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),比试验Ⅰ组发情率提高15个百分点;试验Ⅱ组羔羊平均初生重比对照组高0.06 kg,断奶成活数提高显著(P<0.05)。表明采用黄芪、当归配合维生素E能提高同期发情率和羔羊断奶成活数。

In order to improve oestrus synchronization rate,under the same feeding conditions,60 healthy female gray goats aged 15-20 months were divided into three groups.The sheep in the control were fed,according to the conventional method,test group Ⅱ was fed with cloprostenol and fed Astragalus membranaceus,Angelica sinensis and vitamin E powder additives.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the average daily feed intake among the three groups(P>0.05);after the first injection of cloprostenol,the estrus rate of the test group Ⅱ increased by 35% compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),increased by 15% compared with test group Ⅰ(P>0.05).The estrus of test groups Ⅱ and Ⅰ was mainly concentrated in 0-48 h after the injection of cloprostenol.After the re-injection of cloprostenol in test groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ,the estrus rate of test group Ⅱ reached 95%,which was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05),and was 15% higher than that of test group Ⅰ.The average birth weight of lambs in experimental group Ⅱ was 0.06 kg heavier than that in the control group and the survival rate of weaning increased significantly(P<0.05).The results showed that Astragalus membranaceus and Angelica sinensis combined with vitamin E could improve the estrus synchronization rate and weaning survival rate of lambs.
