不同青贮添加剂对全株玉米青贮品质的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Different Silage Agents on Quality of Whole-Plant Corn Silage

摘要 试验旨在研究4种青贮添加剂对全株玉米青贮品质的影响。试验设5个处理组,分别添加市售增香微贮青贮剂、先牧1168青贮接种剂及两种自制青贮剂GMDL-25、GXP-L04,空白组自然发酵,发酵60 d。通过测定感官品质、微生物数量和有机酸含量等,探究不同青贮添加剂对全株玉米青贮品质的影响。结果显示:在乳酸菌数量和感官品质方面,GMDL-25组和先牧1168组较其他组显著升高(P<0.05),增香微贮剂组最差;GXP-L04组的粗脂肪含量显著升高(P<0.05);与空白组相比,添加青贮剂的处理组丙酸含量上升,丁酸含量和酵母菌数量下降。综上,4种青贮剂均能抑制全株青贮玉米酵母菌的生长,提高丙酸含量和感官品质,其中GMDL-25和先牧1168有明显提高青贮品质的作用。 The effects of the four silage additives on the silage quality of the whole maize were studied.Five treatment groups were set up in the experiment,which were respectively added with the commercial flavor enhancing micro silage agent,Xianmu 1168 silage inoculum and two self-made silage agents GMDL-25 and GXP L04.The blank group was naturally fermented for 60 days.The effects of different silage agents on the silage quality of the whole corn were investigated by measuring sensory quality,microbial quantity and organic acid content.The results showed that GMDL-25 and Xianmu 1168 were significantly higher than those of other groups in the quantity and sensory quality of lactic acid bacteria(P<0.05).The crude fat content of GXP-L04 group increased significantly(P<0.05);compared with the blank group,the content of propionic acid increased,the content of butyric acid and the number of saccharomycetes decreased in the silage group.To sum up,all the four silage agents could inhibit the growth of the whole silage corn saccharomycetes,improve propionic acid content and sensory quality.GMDL-25 and Xianmu 1168 could obviously improve the silage quality.
