摘要 为提高锂离子电池SOC估算精度,综合充放电效率、温度和循环次数等因素改进传统安时积分法。使用开路电压法估计初始荷电状态,当进入恒流放电末期,利用负载电压法在线实时修正安时积分法SOC的累计误差。搭建锂离子电池充放电实验平台测试电池特性参数,建立SOC估算的Simulink模型进行仿真。结果表明:设计的方法能够获得更加精确的SOC估算值。 In order to improve the SOC estimation accuracy of the lithium-ion battery,the traditional ampere hour integral method was improved by considering factors such as charge and discharge efficiency,temperature and cycle times.The open circuit voltage method was used to estimate the initial state of charge.At the end of constant current discharge,the cumulative error of the ampere hour integration method of SOC was corrected online real-time by using the principle of the load voltage method.Then a lithium-ion battery charge and discharge experimental platform was built to test the battery characteristic parameters.And the Simulink model of SOC estimation was established.The simulation analysis results show that the improved estimation method can estimate the SOC more accurately.
