稳步发展职业本科教育的路径选择和质量保障

Path Selection and Quality Assurance of Developing Undergraduate Education

推动职业本科教育稳中求进,重在解决职业本科教育“是什么”、“谁来办”、“办成什么样”和“怎么办”的问题。本文从对比分析职业本科教育的办学形式,提出遴选符合条件的“双高计划”高职院校建成职教技术大学,推动地方新建普通本科院校转型发展,优化整合高职教育资源三条优化路径;从明确人才培养定位,科学设置本科专业,加强课程资源建设,创新人才培养模式等方面提出提升质量的策略;并从完善顶层设计,加大经费投入,加强师资建设,优化人才政策等方面提出保障措施,着力推动职业本科教育行稳致远。

It is apparent that to promote the progress of vocational education for undergraduates and maintain stability,it is necessary to focus on solving the problems such as what is it,who will run it,how to run it and how to do.Based on comparative analysis of running forms of vocational education,the paper tries to provide some optimization paths like selecting qualified double high plan,building vocational technology universities,promoting transformation of newly built local educational institutions and optimizing resources of higher vocational education.On the other hand,the paper also proposes strategies to improve the quality from aspects of clarifying the orientation of talents cultivation,scientifically setting undergraduate majors,enhancing construction of curriculum resources and innovating talents training models.Therefore,it is essential to recommend some safeguard measures so as to improve the top-level design,increase funds,enhance teachers’quality and optimize the talents policy.The aim is to ensure steady development of vocational education for undergraduates.
