摘要
为构建基于多维加权系数的分层教学优化策略,探索其在高职护理技能实训中的应用效果,纳入我院2019级护理专业144名学生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组、常规分层组和加权分层组。对照组采用传统整体教学模式。常规分层组按前一阶段考试成绩作为分层依据;加权分层组以前期成绩、韦氏成人智力测评和自主学习能力等多个维度按加权系数方式为分层依据,进行护理技能实训教学。学期末填写教学满意度调查表并进行护理技能考核,比较三组学生技能掌握情况及教学满意度。结果发现,三组学生年龄、性别以及前期成绩、韦氏智力量表和自主学习能力平均得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学干预后,与对照组比较,2种分层教学模式均显著提高了学生护理技能掌握程度和教学满意度;多维加权系数分层可以更进一步提高基础段学生学习效果和教学满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。由此可见,根据专业情况采取不同加权体系进行护理技能的分层教学,可使教学方式更具有针对性,有效提升学生护理技能实践能力,并能提高课堂有效率及学生的满意度。
In order to build hierarchical teaching optimization strategy based on multidimensional weighting coefficient and explore its application effect in vocational nursing skills training,144 nursing students of grade 2019 in hospital school are chosen as the research objects,who are randomly divided into control group,conventional stratified group and weighted stratified group.The traditional holistic teaching model is adopted in control group.The conventional stratified group is stratified based on test scores of the previous stage.Also,the weighted stratified group takes the weighted coefficient method as the basis for stratification according to previous scores,Wechsler adult intelligence assessment and autonomous learning ability as well as other dimensions.The training teaching of nursing skills is carried out.At the end of the semester,the teaching satisfaction questionnaire are filled out and the nursing skills are assessed accordingly.Meanwhile,both the skills mastery and teaching satisfaction of the three groups are compared.Results show that there were no significant differences in age,gender,previous scores,Wechsler Intelligence scale and independent learning ability among the three groups(P>0.05).After the teaching intervention,compared with the control group,the two hierarchical teaching models has significantly improved students’mastery of nursing skills and teaching satisfaction.Similarly,the multi-dimensional weighting coefficient stratification could improve the students’learning effect and teaching satisfaction.Clearly,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Therefore,the conclusion which can be drawn is that the hierarchical teaching of nursing skills based on different weighting systems and professional situation could make the teaching method more targeted,effectively enhance practical ability of students’nursing skills and improve the efficiency of classroom and students’satisfaction.
