摘要
为探索线上心理团体辅导对高职生顶岗实习期心理问题的干预效果,在武汉某高职院校2个专业的毕业生中发放《症状自评量表》。根据测评结果按照自愿参与原则,将30名心理健康水平较低的学生分为实验组15人和对照组15人。实验组进行线上团体辅导,对照组不做干预,20周后用《症状自评量表》对2组进行后测。结果显示:实验组和对照组前测中,躯体化、强迫、人际敏感和焦虑4因子的得分均显著高于全国大学生常模(P<0.05);经过10次线上团体辅导,实验组前测总分显著高于后测总分,且在躯体化,强迫,抑郁与焦虑四因子分上差异显著(P<0.05);实验组后测总分显著低于对照组后测总分,且在躯体化、强迫、抑郁和焦虑四因子分上差异显著(P<0.05)。说明,线上心理团体辅导可有效改善顶岗实习期间毕业生的心理问题,提高心理健康水平。
To study the effect of online psychological group counseling on vocational students’psychological problems during internship,the symptom checklist is distributed among the graduates of two majors of a higher vocational college in Wuhan.Based on survey results and principle of voluntary participation,30students of poor mental health conditions are divided into experimental group(n=15)and control group(n=15).Then,experimental group have received online group counseling.Similarly,control group remain no intervention.After 20 weeks,the two groups are tested with symptom checklist.Results show that in the pretest of the experimental group and the control group,the scores of somatization,compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety were significantly higher than the national college student norm.After 10 times of online group counseling,the total score of the pre-test in the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the post test.Also,the four factor scores vary greatly in somatization,obsession,depression and anxiety(p<0.05).The total post test scores of the experimental group are notably lower than those of the control group.On the other hand,there are notably differences in four factor scores of somatization,obsession,depression and anxiety.It is easy to find that online psychological group counseling can effectively improve the psychological problems of graduates during post practice and enhance their mental health level.
