基于模拟量控制系统中主泵控制回路失电分析和优化

摘要 主泵安全运行与核电厂的生产有着密切的关系,因此其控制回路的可靠性显得尤其重要。针对某核电厂模拟量控制系统,根据主泵停运的控制逻辑,列出各控制回路的供电情况,详细分析各控制回路中的信号处理电源或控制逻辑电源单路失电对主泵运行的影响,确定主泵启动后9~50 s内卡转子信号处理机箱失电会停运主泵。同时经对控制回路逻辑分析确定了目前存在的“单一敏感设备”,并给出了适合现状的优化思路,以便后续改进实施借鉴。 The safety operation of main pump is closely related to the production of nuclear power plant,so the reliability of its control loops are especially important.For the analog control system of a nuclear power plant,according to the control logic of the main pump shutdown,the power supply status of each control loop are listed,and the influence of single power loss of signal processing power supply or control logic power supply in each control circuit on the operation of main pump is analyzed in detail.It is determined that after the main pump is started 9~50 s the main pump will be out of service when the power loss of the rotor signal processing chassis will be stopped.At the same time,through the logic analysis of the control loop,the existing"single sensitive equipment"is determined,and the optimization idea suitable for the current situation is given,so that the follow-up improvement can be used for reference.
