摘要 “双碳”政策推动目的在于提高能源利用率、降低碳排放量、促进能源合理利用。基于主从博弈框架,将环境污染量引入微电网容量配置优化中,以微电网容量配置成本与环境发电成本最小为领导者层的目标函数,以发电机组环境发电成本最小为跟从者层的目标函数,建立了考虑不同发电机组环境代价的微电网容量配置优化模型。最后通过案例研究,验证了所提方法的优越性。 The purpose of promoting the"double carbon"policy is to improve energy efficiency,reduce carbon emissions and promote the rational use of energy.In this background,based on the master-slave game framework,this paper introduces the amount of environmental pollution into the microgrid capacity allocation optimization.This paper establishes the microgrid capacity allocation optimization model considering the environmental cost of different generator units,through taking the minimum microgrid capacity allocation cost and environmental power generation cost as the objective function of the leader level and the minimum environmental power generation cost of generator units as the objective function of the follower level.Finally,the superiority of the proposed method is verified by a case study.
