摘要
针对配电台区低压出线终端的用户关系容易变化的问题,提出了一种基于SOM神经网络算法来获取配电台区拓扑结构的算法,通过更新低压配电台区的拓扑结构来发现配电台区的故障,进行故障修复。
The user relationship of low voltage outlet terminals in distribution stations is easy to change.To solve this problem,an algorithm based on SOM neural network algorithm to obtain the topology of the distribution station area is proposed.By updating the topology of the low-voltage distribution area,the fault of the distribution station area is found and repaired.
