动叶可调轴流式送风机振动故障诊断与处理

摘要 针对某300 MW送风机异常振动故障,分析了振动故障特征,指出轴承箱紧固螺栓脱松、支撑肋板裂纹等是导致振动不稳定与二倍频振动上涨的主要原因。通过检查消缺、现场动平衡治理,消除了该风机振动超标故障,保障了设备的安全运行,为同类故障问题的诊断、治理提供参考。 For the abnormal vibration fault of a 300 MW forced draft fan,characteristics of the vibration fault were analyzed.It was pointed out that the loosening of the fastening bolts of the bearing box and the crack of the support rib plate were the main reasons for the instability of vibration and the rising of double frequency vibration.Through inspection,defect elimination and dynamic balance treatment,the excessive vibration fault of the fan was eliminated,the safe operation of the equipment was guaranteed,which provided a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of similar fault problems.
