摘要
海底管道智能内检测过程中,检测器动力节密封盘发生机械损伤。为了查清损伤原因,避免类似故障再次发生,对回收后的智能内检测器采用可疑要素排除法与痕迹检验法分析海底管道系统和内检测器自身的相关元件和部件,研究智能内检测器密封盘机械损伤的原因。结果表明:管道系统上的球阀阀芯开度不足、通径减小,进而阻挡、碰撞和挤压智能内检测器动力节密封盘,是外部机械损伤的主要原因。
Mechanical damage occurred to the sealing disc of the power joint of the detector during the intelligent internal inspection of the submarine pipeline.In order to find out the cause of the damage and avoid the recurrence of similar failures,the suspicious element elimination method and trace inspection method were applied for the recovered intelligent internal detector.The relevant components of the submarine pipeline system and the internal detector were analyzed,and the cases of mechanical damage to the sealing disc of the intelligent internal detector were investigated.The results show that the main reasons for the external mechanical damage are the insufficient opening of the ball valve spool and the reduced diameter of the ball valve on the pipeline system,which block,collide and squeeze the sealing disc of the intelligent inner detector power joint.
