专业图书阅读视角下的制造业转型升级影响研究

A Study on the Impact of Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrading from the Perspective of Professional Book Reading

劳动者专业图书阅读水平会作用于产出质量与效率,对制造业转型升级产生影响。从专业图书阅读视角出发,根据反映制造业转型升级指标的时间序列数据构建模型,研究专业图书阅读水平对制造业转型升级的影响作用。实证结果表明:专业图书阅读水平对制造业转型升级具有显著的促进作用。建议大力培养劳动者的阅读习惯,努力提高劳动者素质,以此促进我国制造业的转型升级与经济的高质量发展。

The level of workers’ professional book reading acts on output quality and efficiency, and has an impact on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. From the perspective of professional book reading, a model is constructed based on the time series data reflecting the indicators of manufacturing transformation and upgrading to study the impact of professional book reading level on manufacturing transformation and upgrading. The empirical results show that the reading level of professional books has a significant contribution to the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. It is suggested that the reading habit of workers should be cultivated and the quality of workers should be improved, so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry and the high-quality development of the economy.
