小纪汗煤矿一种煤矿机电维修用机电定位工装置设计

摘要 目前,机电设备维修大多采用人工固定或使用重物进行压紧固定,现有维修装置无法根据维修需要对机电设备进行定位旋转,极大地降低了维修效率。基于此,设计一种煤矿机电维修用机电定位工装置,以提高工作效率,降低煤矿经济成本。应用实践表明,该装置操作简单、机构紧凑、设计合理,简化了煤矿机电设备维修维护工序,大大提高了设备维修效率。 At present, most of the electromechanical equipment maintenance is fixed manually or fixed by pressing heavy objects, and the existing maintenance devices cannot rotate the electromechanical equipment according to the maintenance needs, which greatly reduces the maintenance efficiency. Based on this, an electromechanical positioning device for coal mine electromechanical maintenance is designed to improve work efficiency and reduce economic costs in coal mines. The practical application shows that the device is simple in operation,compact in mechanism and reasonable in design, which simplifies the repair and maintenance process of coal mine electromechanical equipment and greatly improves the efficiency of equipment maintenance.
