双碳背景下山西钢铁行业转型发展路径研究

A Study on the Transformation and Development Path of Shanxi Iron and Steel Industry under the Background of Double Carbon

阐述了山西省钢铁行业发展及碳排放现状,并预测了“十四五”时期发展趋势。结合钢铁行业在国家推进碳达峰碳中和战略目标中的重要地位,分析了山西省钢铁行业存在的集中度低、规模偏小、产品结构低端、产业布局不合理等问题,从结构调整、技术创新、能耗双控、绿色制造、能源利用、数智融合六个方面提出了山西省钢铁行业低碳发展路径。

The current development and carbon emission situation of the iron and steel industry in Shanxi Province is described, and the development trend of the 14th Five-Year Plan period is predicted. The problems of low concentration, small scale, low-end product structure and unreasonable industrial layout in the iron and steel industry in Shanxi Province are analyzed, and a low-carbon development path for the industry is proposed in six aspects: structural adjustment, technological innovation, double control of energy consumption, green manufacturing, energy utilization and digital intelligence integration.
