The current situation of underground coal mining in China’s coal mines is analyzed, the characteristics of underground coal mining are explained, the underground coal mining technology in coal mining, and the application of underground coal mining technology and coal mining process is introduced. The analysis concludes that coal mining enterprises need to select different coal mining technologies and flexibly apply various coal mining technologies to ensure the efficiency of coal mining work and improve the environmental protection of coal mining work.
