At present,China is in the stage of high-quality development,and with the accelerating process of urbanization and industrialization,residents’daily life and industrial production of enterprises are increasingly dependent on energy,the market demand for coal is still on the rise,and coal enterprises are also facing fierce market competition under the new situation of continuous expansion of production scale.Resource management has always been the top priority in the management of coal enterprises.The effectiveness of resource management is linked to the economic benefits of coal enterprises.This paper introduces the important role of resource management in promoting the economic benefits of coal enterprises,and analyzes on the effective paths for improving the quality of resource management of coal enterprises,so as to provide reference for the personnel in the same industry.
