摘要
企业绩效管理一直是管理科学研究的热点问题,也是企业管理的难点之一。目前,我国国有煤炭企业的绩效考评方法相对单一落后,在评价内容上以直接业绩评价为主,对员工在工作中表现出的行为重视程度不够。通过简单分析国有煤炭企业总部绩效考评方法的弊端,讨论了定量绩效考评方法,对于传统国有企业总部管理部门的考核,提出了一定借鉴意义。
Enterprise performance management has always been a hot issue in management science research,and also one of the difficulties in enterprise management.At present,the performance evaluation methods of state-owned coal enterprises in China are relatively simple and backward,and the evaluation content mainly focuses on direct performance evaluation,which does not pay enough attention to the behavior of employees in work.Through a simple analysis of the shortcomings of the performance evaluation method of state-owned coal enterprise headquarters,this paper discusses the quantitative performance evaluation method,and puts forward some reference significance for the evaluation of traditional state-owned enterprise headquarters management departments.
