皮带中部采样缩分系统在水泥自动化实验室系统中的应用

摘要 水泥企业出厂散装熟料一般采用皮带输送机输送到卸料点,然后装入汽车或火车发运。在输送皮带上安装皮带中部采样机进行自动取样,经破碎、缩分后样品从现场自动发送至站内,装入样品罐,经气力管道输送把样品输送到中控楼的自动化实验室,进行自动制样和分析,实现出厂熟料取样、制样和分析全流程自动化和无人化,提高了取样代表性、送样实时性和分析准确性,有利于优化取样工作岗位配置,降低用工成本,降低安全管控风险。 Cement companies generally use belt conveyors to transport bulk clinker to the discharge point,and then load it into a car or train for shipment.After crushing and reduction,the samples are automatically sent to the station,loaded into sample tanks and transported to the automatic laboratory in the central control building via pneumatic pipeline for automatic sample preparation and analysis,which automates and unmanned the whole process of factory clinker sampling,sample preparation and analysis and improves the representativeness of sampling,real-time delivery and accuracy of analysis.This is conducive to optimising the allocation of sampling jobs,reducing labour costs and reducing safety control risks.
