摘要
近年来,化工工程EPC总承包项目日益增多,进入该行业的人员也开始逐渐增加,项目内部各种关系逐渐复杂且多样化,对工程项目的整体实施提出了非常高的要求。设计阶段是EPC项目最先开展的工作,也是项目进度控制的关键,合理的设计方案及设计规划往往能达到控制项目整体进度,乃至节约项目费用的目的。通过分析EPC总承包设计管理影响因素,针对化工项目EPC总承包设计管理中存在的问题,对化工项目承包EPC项目总承包模式指导下施工的组织设计与管理进行深入探讨,有助于确保工程项目建设的顺利实施。
In recent years, the number of EPC projects in chemical engineering has been increasing, and the number of people entering the industry has also started to increase gradually. The various relationships within the project have become increasingly complex and diverse,which has put forward very high requirements on the overall implementation of the project. The design phase is the first work carried out in EPC projects, and is also the key to project schedule control. A reasonable design plan and design planning can often achieve the purpose of controlling the overall project schedule and even saving project costs. By analysing the factors affecting the design management of EPC general contracting, and addressing the problems in the design management of EPC general contracting for chemical projects, the organisational design and management of construction under the guidance of the EPC general contracting model for chemical project contracting is discussed in depth, which helps to ensure the smooth implementation of engineering project construction.
