电梯再生电能的储能回收控制对策分析

摘要 伴随现代经济不断发展,电梯成为人们日常生活与工作中不可或缺的物品,其在商务写字楼、高层居民楼当中有着广泛应用,电梯在运行过程中,其所需电力占据建筑总用电量的17%至25%,远远高于其他电器用电量。提出了一种采用制动电阻作为辅助分流的方法,并将其与蓄电池的荷电状态相结合,利用总线电压调节充电比,对系统的吸收与放电进行了优化,并建立了模拟模型进行了验证。通过模拟计算,证明这种控制方式能够有效确保直流母线电压在安全范围内,并且能够降低电池组所需要的最高功率,从而大大降低并联容量,降低系统的运行费用,为以后电梯蓄能系统的推广应用奠定基础。 With the continuous development of modern economy,elevators have become an indispensable item in people’s daily life and work. They are widely used in commercial office buildings and high-rise residential buildings. During the operation of elevators,their electricity consumption accounts for 17% to 25% of the total building electricity consumption,far higher than other electrical appliances. A method using braking resistor as auxiliary shunt is proposed,which is combined with the state of charge of the battery,and the bus voltage is used to adjust the charge ratio to optimize the absorption and discharge of the system,and a simulation model is established for verification. Through simulation calculation,it is proved that this control mode can effectively ensure that the DC bus voltage is within the safe range,and can reduce the maximum power required by the battery pack,thus greatly reducing the parallel capacity,reducing the operating cost of the system,and laying a foundation for the promotion and application of the elevator energy storage system in the future.
