摘要 输变电设备断路器新产品样机,在机械寿命试验中,用于承受交变载荷的精密焊接件的焊缝突然断裂,且断裂部位内存在残留液体。根据精密焊接件在使用过程中承受交变载荷的特征,对焊缝接头型式、焊接工艺和质量控制等进行综合分析,通过优化焊缝接头、规范焊接工艺以及改进焊缝质量控制,精密焊接件焊缝质量得以提升,能够满足抗疲劳强度要求,新产品样机的机械寿命试验顺利通过。 The new product prototype of power transmission equipment circuit breaker,in the mechanical life test,the weld seam of the precision welded parts used to withstand alternating loads suddenly fractured,and there is residual liquid within the fracture site.According to the characteristics of precision welded parts subjected to alternating loads during use,a comprehensive analysis of the weld joint type,welding process and quality control,etc.,by optimizing the weld joint,standardizing the welding process and improving the quality control of the weld.The weld quality of the precision welded parts was improved to meet the fatigue strength requirements,and the mechanical life test of the new product prototype passed successfully.
