摘要
设计了一种基于视频识别和扩散控制技术的智能带式输送机控制系统。该系统采用高清摄像头采集输送机内的煤流信息,采用视频图像处理技术确定输送机内的瞬时煤流。现场应用后,负荷变化在1 h内流水线运行速度不变,应用步进调速策略实现负荷变化较大时的目标,降低输送机的功耗和磨损,使变频器能够以最大的效率工作。
In order to improve the efficiency of coal conveyors and reduce energy consumption, an intelligent belt conveyor control system based on video recognition and diffusion control technology is designed. The system uses a high-definition camera to collect coal flow information in the conveyor and video image processing technology to determine the instantaneous coal flow in the conveyor. After field application, the load changes within 1 h the flow line runs at the same speed, applying a step speed regulation strategy to achieve the target when the load changes significantly, reducing the power consumption and wear of the conveyor and enabling the inverter to work at maximum efficiency.
