摘要
双线混融教学模式下,采用实证分析法研究了思政课教师教学胜任力对教学效果的影响。在问卷调研基础上,构建了思政课教师教学胜任力与教学效果之间关系模型,并运用多元线性回归进行了数据分析。结果表明:双线混融教学模式下,思政课教学效果良好;思政课教师教学胜任力是教学质量的正向预测源;教师教学能力对教学质量贡献最大、能效最强;教学效果还受到学生因素影响。
Under the dual-line blended teaching mode,the empirical analysis method is used to study the influence of the teaching competency of ideological and political theory course teachers on the teaching effect.On the basis of questionnaire survey,a relationship model between the teaching competency and teaching effect of the teachers was constructed,and data analysis was carried out by using multiple linear regression.The results show that:under the dual-line blended teaching mode,the teaching effect of ideological and political theory courses is satisfying;the teaching competency of the teachers is a positive predictor of teaching quality;the teacher′s teaching ability contributes the most to teaching quality and has the strongest energy efficiency;the teaching effect is influenced by the factor of students.
