基于双重预防机制化工安全管理创新模式探讨

Discussion on Innovative Mode of Chemical Industry Safety Management Based on Double Prevention Mechanism

生产安全是化工企业生产发展的重要保障,它关乎企业的财产安全,同样关乎着企业员工的生命安全。开展双重预防措施工作,重视化工安全管理,可以提升安全管理的质量。现有的双重预防措施存在一些问题,管理方面也存在着不足,并不能真正实现化工本质安全管理的目的。本文分析了双重预防机制的工作开展意义以及问题,化工安全管理存在的问题,研究分析了双重预防化工安全管理的创新方式,探讨了化工管理的未来发展方向。

Production safety is an important assurance for the operation and development of chemical industry enterprises,which is related to the property safety of enterprises,but also related to the life safety of employees.The work of carrying out double preventive mechanism and paying attention to chemical industry safety management can improve the quality of safety management.At present,there are some problems in existing double prevention methods and management process,and which lead to the purpose of chemical essential safety management cannot be realized.This paper analyzed the significance and problems of the work of double prevention mechanism and the shortcomings of current chemical industry safety management process,and researched the innovation model of double prevention chemical industry safety management,discussed the future development direction of chemical industry management.
