摘要
碳化硼陶瓷具有轻质超硬的特点,是防弹装甲的理想材料。由于陶瓷的固有脆性限制了其应用,为了提高碳化硼陶瓷的综合性能,本文开展了分散剂FSJ-1对碳化硼陶瓷的性能调控研究。结果表明,碳化硼颗粒的分散程度对其力学性能影响很大,加入分散剂FSJ-1后改善了陶瓷粉体的均匀分散,陶瓷的抗弯强度由272MPa提高到458MPa,断裂韧性由3.5MPa·m^(1/2)提高到8.6MPa·m^(1/2),实现了分散剂FSJ-1对碳化硼陶瓷微观组织的调控,显著提高了其强韧性,为碳化硼陶瓷在防弹板的应用提供了技术保证。
Boron carbide ceramics have the characteristics of light and super hard,which is the ideal material for bulletproof armor.Due to the inherent brittleness of ceramics,its application is limited.In order to improve the comprehensive performance of boron carbide ceramics,the performance regulation of boron carbide ceramics by dispersant FSJ-1 was studied in this paper.The results show that the dispersion degree of boron carbide particles has a great influence on the mechanical properties of the ceramics.The addition of dispersive agent FSJ-1 improves the uniform dispersion of ceramic powders,and the bending strength of the ceramics increases from 272 MPa to 458 MPa.The fracture toughness increased from 3.5 MPa·M^(1/2) to 8.6 MPa·M^(1/2),which improved the performance of boron carbide ceramics and realized its toughening and toughening,and laid a solid technical foundation for the industrial application of boron carbide ceramics.
