摘要
介绍了采用非伍德合金诺亚克法润滑油蒸发损失测定仪的基本结构和工作原理,探讨了测定仪的计量特性,针对目前国内缺少统一、规范的测定仪量值溯源方法的问题,提出了一种润滑油蒸发损失测定仪校准方法,确定了润滑油蒸发损失测定仪的各性能指标。依据该方法对相关制造商生产的测定仪开展试验验证,结果表明校准项目和校准方法具有可操作性,性能指标设置科学合理,适用于现场校准工作,可有效解决测定仪量值溯源问题。
The paper introduces the basic structure and working principle of the lubricating oil evaporation loss tester using the non wood alloy Noyak method,discusses the metering characteristics of the tester,and in view of the lack of a unified and standardized traceability method for the measurement value of the tester in China,puts forward a calibration method for the lubricating oil evaporation loss tester,and determines the performance indicators of the lubricating oil evaporation loss tester.According to this method,the measuring instruments produced by relevant manufacturers are tested and verified.The results show that the calibration items and methods are operable,the performance indicators are set scientifically and reasonably,which are suitable for on-site calibration and can effectively solve the traceability problem of measuring instruments.
