焦炉煤气全负压脱硫工艺改造分析

摘要 山东铁雄新沙能源有限公司化产一期采用的是两级脱硫工艺,前置负压氨法脱硫,后置正压钠法脱硫工艺,负压脱硫以煤气中的氨为碱源,使用络合铁脱硫催化剂,正压钠法加入纯碱为碱源,使用PDS脱硫催化剂。为降低运行费用,利用一期系统停车的机会把后置正压钠法脱硫全部改为前置负压氨法脱硫工艺,无需再添加纯碱,脱硫改为氨法后,消除了原来钠法需要定期排放脱硫液,硫泡沫处理系统统一使用,流程更加顺畅,物料消耗降低,整个脱硫系统的阻力下降,节约了运行费用。 The chemical production phase I of Yamato Tiexiong Xinsha Energy Co., Ltd. adopts a two-stage desulfurization process, including the pre negative pressure ammonia desulfurization process and the post positive pressure sodium desulfurization process. The negative pressure desulfurization uses ammonia in the gas as the alkali source, uses the complex iron desulfurization catalyst, and the positive pressure sodium method uses the addition of soda ash as the alkali source, and uses the PDS desulfurization catalyst. In order to reduce the operation cost, the post positive pressure sodium desulfurization process is changed to the pre negative pressure ammonia desulfurization process by taking advantage of the shutdown of the phase I system, and there is no need to add soda ash. After the desulfurization is changed to the ammonia method, the desulfurization liquid that needs to be regularly discharged by the original sodium method is eliminated. The sulfur foam treatment system is used uniformly, the process is smoother,the material consumption is reduced, the resistance of the whole desulfurization system is reduced, and the operation cost is saved.
