摘要 为了优化铝电解过程,提升铝电解过程中各项技术经济指标,在实际生产过程中需要在电解质中添加氟化钙、氟化镁、氯化钠等添加剂。这些添加剂的使用能够改变铝电解质的组成,从而促使铝电解质的物理化学性质产生变化。从铝电解质的密度、熔度、电导率、表面性质、黏度以及蒸汽压等方面出发,对铝电解质的物理化学性质以及添加各种添加剂后铝电解质各方面物理化学性质变化进行全面分析,以期能够改善铝电解过程。 In order to optimize the aluminum electrolysis process and improve various technical and economic indicators in the aluminum electrolysis process, it is necessary to add calcium fluoride, magnesium fluoride, sodium chloride and other additives to the electrolyte in the actual production process. The use of these additives can change the composition of the aluminum electrolyte, thereby promoting changes in the physicochemical properties of the aluminum electrolyte. This article starts from the density, melting point, electrical conductivity, surface properties,viscosity and vapor pressure of aluminum electrolytes, and comprehensively analyzes the physical and chemical properties of aluminum electrolytes and the changes in physical and chemical properties of aluminum electrolytes after adding various additives. It can provide some help for improving the aluminum electrolysis process.
