摘要 随着近些年来我国的高速发展,我国的社会经济发展的步伐也在逐渐加快,使我国各行业都获得了相应的发展,而化工行业也在技术水平和生产力方面获得了相应的提升。化工行业作为在整个社会发展过程中必不可少的企业,对于其他行业的发展以及百姓的生活都有着极大的影响,对化工行业在产品的质量和效率上都有着更高的要求和需求。而化工行业因为其生产过程中的特殊性,许多设备必须在高温高压的情况下才可以维持运转,所以在化学生产的过程中,非常容易发生安全管理的事故,导致了其造成人员和经济上的损失。所以在生产过程中,必须要建立起安全管理和事故应急管理制度,从而最大化消除生产过程中所产生的安全隐患,让其有着良好的应对能力。但是在现阶段我国的化工企业管理过程中,在安全管理和事故应急管理方面存在着诸多的问题。因此,根据我国化工企业管理现状进行了分析和探讨,对于如何加强我国的化工安全管理以及事故应急管理进行了分析和探讨。 with the rapid development of our country in recent years, the pace of social and economic development in our country is also gradually accelerating, which leads to the corresponding development of all industries in our country, and the chemical industry has also been correspondingly improved in terms of technical level and productivity. As an indispensable enterprise in the whole process of social development, the chemical industry has a great impact on the development of other industries and the lives of people, which also leads to higher requirements and demands for product quality and efficiency in the chemical industry. Because of the particularity of the production process in the chemical industry, many equipment must be operated under high temperature and high pressure, so in the process of chemical production, safety management accidents are very easy to occur. Which leads to human and economic losses. Therefore, in the process of production, we must establish two basic systems: safety management and accident emergency management, so as to maximize the elimination of potential safety hazards in the production process and make it have a good response ability. However, at this stage, there are many problems in safety management and accident emergency management in the management of China’s chemical enterprises. Based on the current situation of chemical enterprise management in China, this paper analyzes and discusses how to strengthen chemical safety management and accident emergency management in China.
