太阳能电池制备工艺中网状硫化锑薄膜制备与应用探究

摘要 太阳能电池制备质量与复合薄膜制备质量紧密相关。网状硫化锑薄膜是现阶段太阳能电池制备的核心材料。通过本文的分析可知,在太阳能电池制备工艺的应用中,网状硫化锑薄膜的制备,主要受到温度指标与时间指标影响。分别从物相状态和形貌状态入手,对网状硫化锑薄膜制备过程进行观察和分析,通过这种方式控制时间与温度指标,提升制备工艺质量效果。运用具体制备工艺时,需结合实际情况,合理规划网状硫化锑薄膜制备流程,并对制备性能进行观察,以便达到优化网状硫化锑薄膜应用效果,提升电池应用性能的目标。 The quality of solar cell preparation is closely related to the quality of composite thin film preparation.Reticular antimony sulfide thin film is the core material of solar cell preparation at this stage. According to the analysis, in the application of solar cell preparation process, the preparation of mesh antimony sulfide thin film is mainly affected by the temperature index and the time index. Starting from the state of physical phase and morphology respectively, the preparation process of mesh antimony sulfide film was observed and analyzed, and the time and temperature index were controlled to improve the quality effect of the preparation process. When applying the specific preparation process, it is necessary to reasonably plan the preparation process of mesh stiony sulfide film according to the actual situation, and observe the preparation performance, so as to optimize the application effect of mesh antimony sulfide film and improve the application performance of the battery.
