重要用户供电设备安全与可靠性敏感度分析

摘要 首先,给出了重要用户对自身供电设备安全与可靠性的敏感度定义,并从供电电源、配电变压器、电缆3个方面建立了评价指标体系;然后,给出了基于层次分析法的多层级模糊综合评价算法;最后,用该评价算法对某区域内10家重要电力用户进行敏感度评价。结果表明,通过该算法得到的重要电力用户的敏感度等级与相关规定中认定的重要等级基本相符。 Firstly,the definition of the sensitivity of important users to the safety and reliability of their own power supply equipment is given,and the evaluation index system is established from three aspects of power supply,distribution transformer and cable.Then,a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm based on AHP is presented.Finally,this evaluation algorithm is used to evaluate the sensitivity of 10 important power users in a certain area.The results show that the sensitivity level of important power users is basically consistent with the important level identified in relevant regulations.
