颗粒碰撞噪声检测仪声传感器设计与校准

摘要 分析了颗粒碰撞噪声检测仪的设备工作原理和信号检测特点,针对关键器件声传感器的灵敏度指标要求,给出了一种基于压电陶瓷谐振频率分析的传感器敏感元件结构设计方法。针对声传感器的工作特点,提出了一种面对面检测的灵敏度校准方法,用于评估声传感器的性能参数。测试结果表明,该校准方法操作便捷,测量不确定度能够达到2.0 dB,可以有效验证声传感器的谐振频率、灵敏度等指标,为设备多余物检测的可靠性提供了计量保证。 Working principle and signal characteristics of the particle impact noise detector were analyzed.According to the sensitivity index requirements of the key components of the acoustic sensor, a structural design method of the sensor’s sensitive element based on the resonance frequency analysis of piezoelectric ceramics was presented.According to the working characteristics of acoustic sensors, a sensitivity calibration method of face-to-face test was proposed to evaluate the performance parameters of acoustic sensors.The test results show that the calibration method is easy to operate, and the measurement uncertainty of 2.0 dB could be got, which could effectively verify the resonance frequency and sensitivity of the acoustic sensor, and provide a metrological guarantee for the reliability of the remainder detection.
