摘要
钢水液面控制仪是杜绝溢钢、漏钢生产事故的关键质量控制点,是保障方坯连铸生产的重要技术手段。检测量程过程控制准确度、重复性、线性化和水缝宽度等四个重要特征参数对钢水液面控制仪计量特性有着显著影响,针对特征参数研究校准方法,可有效提升钢水液面控制的科学性和精确性。
Molten steel level controller is the key quality control point to prevent steel overflow and breakout accidents, and it is an important technical means to ensure the continuous casting production of square billet.The four important characteristic parameters of the process control accuracy, repeatability, linearization and water gap width of the detection range have a significant impact on the measurement characteristics of the molten steel level controller.Through studying the calibration method for the characteristic parameters, the scientificity and accuracy of the molten steel level control can be effectively improved.
