为节约成本并提升生产效率和装配质量,设计一种不需要开挖地基的钻车装配流水线,使用车间原有压缩空气为动力源,在装配车间已有基础上安装轨道,设计六组同参数小车,通过支撑夹具的柔性自适应调节,可实现三臂、两臂、单臂钻车的单品流水线式和多品混线式装配,同时装配效率得到提升。

To save costs and improve production efficiency and assembly quality,design a drilling rig assembly line that does not require foundation excavation,use the existing compressed air in the workshop as the power source,install the track on the existing foundation in the assembly workshop,design six sets of trolleys with the same parameters,through the flexible adaptive adjustment of the support fixture,single-product assembly line and multi-product mixed-line assembly of three-arm,two-arm and single-arm drill carriage can be realized,assembly efficiency is improved at the same time.
