环境温度数据的简易处理及其在铁道车辆基础制动装置试验研究中的应用

Simple Processing of Ambient Temperature Data and Its Application in Experimental Study of Railway Vehicle Foundation Brake Device

为了使铁道车辆运用的环境温度数据的处理和应用简易化,文章提出了温度圆的概念,利用温度圆及简单作图,将复杂的历史温度数据资料进行直观处理与简易计算,将其关联到铁道车辆基础制动装置的寿命试验研究中,试验结果与实际情况更吻合,有利于运用安全水平的提高。

In order to simplify the processing and utilization of the ambient temperature data used in railway vehicles,this paper proposes the concept of temperature circle.By using the temperature circle and simple drawing,the complex historical temperature data can be intuitively processed and simply calculated,so that the date can be related to the service life test of the foundation braking device of railway vehicles.The test results are more consistent with the actual situation,which is conducive to the improvement of the safety level.
