摘要 为满足城轨交通网络化、智能化运营的需求,文章提出了一种基于大数据的城轨车辆PHM智能运维系统设计理念,并详细阐述了系统的设计方案及应用实例。该系统可依据车辆运行数据,实时管理列车健康状态,在故障发生之前作出预警,为车辆的状态修和预测修提供数据支撑。此外,还可实现车辆实时状态数据、故障数据和关键子系统运维数据的整合,通过TCMS数据的挖掘、数据模型的构建、Flink规则引擎的部署、专家诊断分析等措施,提高车辆健康管理、故障诊断预测以及辅助维修决策的能力。 In order to meet the needs of urban rail transit network and intelligent operation,this paper proposes a design concept of urban rail vehicle PHM intelligent operation and maintenance system based on big data,and expounds the design scheme and application examples of the system in detail.The system can manage the health status of the train in real time according to the operating data of the vehicle,make early warning before the fault occurs,and provide data support for the condition based maintenance and predictive maintenance of the vehicle.In addition,the system can also realize the integration of vehicle real-time state data,fault data and key subsystem operation and maintenance data.Through the measures of TCMS data mining,data model construction,Flink rule engine deployment,expert diagnosis and analysis,the ability of vehicle health management,fault diagnosis and prediction and auxiliary maintenance decision-making is improved.
