Progress of common complications in transcatheter aortic valve replacement

经导管主动脉瓣置换术(TAVR)又称经导管主动脉瓣植入术,是指将组装完备的人工主动脉瓣经导管置入到病变的主动脉瓣处,置换原有主动脉瓣,在功能上完成主动脉瓣的替代是一种治疗有症状的重度主动脉瓣狭窄(AS)的微创方法。当前,TAVR已经成为老年AS患者的一线治疗方案,为原本失去外科手术机会的老年患者提供了一种新的选择。随着TAVR手术应用于更多人群、TAVR术后的并发症得到了更多的关注。本文就TAVR常见并发症及其预防治疗措施进行综述。

Transcatheter aortic valve replacement(TAVR)is also called transcatheter aortic valve implantation(TAVI)refers to the complete human aortic valve assembly by catheterization to the pathological changes of the aortic valve,original aortic valve replacement,complete the aortic valve replacement on the function,is a kind of treatment of symptomatic severe aortic stenosis of minimally invasive method.Over the past two decades,TAVR has revolutionized the management of symptomatic severe aortic stenosis(AS)and has become the first-line treatment for elderly patients with AS,providing a new option for elderly patients who would otherwise have lost the opportunity for surgery.As TAVR surgery is applied to more people and clinical events are redefined by the Academic Consortium Consensus 3(VARC-3),complications after TAVR need more attention.Therefore,this article focuses on the common complications that may occur,the progress of reducing surgical complications and emerging evidence in this field.
