桥式起重机出口海关联盟区域的注意事项

Matters needing attention in the customs union area for the export of bridge cranes

根据海关联盟法规规定,起重机出口到海关联盟区域国家必须进行强制性的CU TR认证。随着“一带一路”倡议的推进,我国桥式起重机出口海关联盟区域国家的业务量不断增加,该行业领域的认证需求也随之增加。本文通过对桥式起重机通用GOST标准的介绍,从设计、采购、文件编制、产品测试、工厂审核、包装及标识等方面对桥式起重机的认证风险点进行梳理,并给出指导性建议,为后续我国桥式起重机出口海关联盟区域提供参考。

According to the regulations of the customs union,the CU TR certification must be enforced when cranes are exported to countries in the customs union region.With the promotion of the"the belt and road initiative"initiative,the business volume of China's bridge cranes exported to countries in the customs union region is increasing,and the certification demand of this industry is also increasing.After introducing the general GOST standard of bridge cranes,this paper analyzes the certification risk points of bridge cranes from the aspects of design,procurement,documentation,product testing,factory audit,packaging and identification,and gives some guiding suggestions,which can provide reference for the follow-up of China's bridge cranes exported to customs union areas.
