急性缺血性脑卒中病人家庭照顾者健康教育效果评价指标体系的构建

Construction of the evaluation index system for health education of family caregivers of acute ischemic stroke patients

目的:构建急性缺血性脑卒中病人家庭照顾者健康教育效果评价指标体系。方法:以知信行理论为指导,通过文献研究、半结构化访谈法、德尔菲法与层次分析法,确定健康教育效果评价指标体系及各指标权重。结果:共进行了2轮专家函询,专家积极系数分别为95.0%和89.5%,专家权威程度为0.85。构建的急性缺血性脑卒中病人家庭照顾者健康教育效果指标体系包括4个一级指标、14个二级指标和53个三级指标。结论:急性缺血性脑卒中病人家庭照顾者健康教育效果评价指标体系具有科学性,内容全面,可为护理人员健康教育效果评价提供参考。

Objective:To construct the evaluation index system for health education of family caregivers of acute ischemic stroke patients.Methods:Based on knowledge,attitude and practice theory,the framework of the evaluation index system for health education and the weight value of each evaluation index were constructed by literature research,semi⁃structured interview,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.Results:There were two rounds of expert consultation.The expert positivity coefficients of 2 rounds of expert letter questionnaires were 95.0%and 89.5%.The expert authority coefficient was 0.85.The evaluation index system for health education of family caregivers of acute ischemic stroke patients included 4 first⁃level indexes,14 second⁃level indexes and 53 third⁃level indexes.Conclusions:The evaluation index system for health education of family caregivers of acute ischemic stroke patients was scientific and its content was comprehensive,which could provide reference for the effect evaluation of health education of nursing staff.
