一种磷酸酯类抗泥保坍聚羧酸减水剂的合成及应用 被引量:3

摘要 通过自由基反应在合成聚羧酸减水剂时引入抗泥保坍单体,合成一抗泥保坍聚羧酸减水剂。通过不同抗泥单体对比合成试验表明,采用自制含磷酸酯抗泥单体时所合成的磷酸酯类聚羧酸减水剂具有更佳的抗泥保坍性能。通过在不同含泥量下的净浆、砂浆和混凝土试验,将合成减水剂与市售保坍型聚羧酸减水剂的性能进行对比,结果显示,所合成的减水剂具有优异的抗泥、保坍效果,且对混凝土有一定的增强作用,可在一定程度上降低高含泥量带来的负面影响。 A phosphate ester anti-sludge and slump-preserving water-reducing agent is synthesized by introducing an anti-sludge and slump-preserving monomer in the synthesis process of a polycarboxylate water-reducing agent through free radical reaction.The comparative synthesis test of different anti mud monomers shows that the phosphate polycarboxylate water reducing agent synthesized by using self-made anti mud monomers containing phosphate ester has better anti mud and slump retaining properties.Through the tests of paste,mortar and concrete with different mud contents,the performance of the synthetic water reducer is compared with that of the commercially available slump retaining polycarboxylic acid water reducer.The results show that the synthetic water reducer has excellent anti-mud and slump retaining effects,and has a certain reinforcement effect on concrete,which can reduce the negative impact of high mud content to a certain extent.
