摘要
结合苏州独墅湖市政明挖隧道,开展水下隧道防水设计研究。为提高隧道的防水能力,提出以结构自防水为主,外防水层为辅,接缝防水为重点,多道防水,综合治理的防水原则。从主体结构防水设计、混凝土自防水、防水材料选择以及混凝土防水施工控制等方面展开研究,重点介绍了侧墙纵向水平施工缝构造防水、顶板横向垂真施工缝构造防水和顶板变形缝构造防水设计。工程实例表明,提出的防水设计以及防水材料选择原则具有一定的工程可靠性。
Combined with Suzhou Dushu Lake municipal excavated tunnel,underwater tunnel waterproofing design research was carried out.In order to improve the waterproof ability of the tunnel,the waterproof principle of giving priority to structural self-waterproofing,supplemented by external waterproofing layer,focusing on joint waterproofing,multi-channel waterproofing and comprehensive treatment is proposed.The structural waterproof design,concrete self-waterproofing,waterproof materials selection and concrete waterproof construction control were studied.The waterproofing design of lateral wall horizontal construction joint,roof transverse and vertical construction joint and roof deformation joint are mainly introduced.The engineering application showed that the waterproof design and the waterproof materials selection principles proposed in this study exhibited essential engineering reliability.
