摘要 目的:探讨高密度多孔聚乙烯在鼻综合整形术中的应用。方法:2020年6月-2021年7月,对56例鼻部形态欠佳的就医者进行鼻综合整形术,应用高密度多孔聚乙烯材料搭建支架,自体耳软骨包裹支架,膨体或硅胶假体修饰鼻背,耳软骨修饰鼻尖和鼻翼。术后对鼻部美学效果进行评价,随访观察并发症情况。结果:本组就医者术后随访4~13个月,手术前后鼻长、鼻深、鼻唇角变化显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术效果满意度为96.4%(54/56)。1例就医者出现鼻翼缘稍退缩,1例出现鼻部感染移植物取出,无其他并发症发生。结论:高密度多孔聚乙烯应用于鼻综合整形术鼻部延长、抬高效果确切,手术时间短、损伤小,鼻部移动度可,并发症发生率低。 Objective To investigate the application of high-density porous polyethylene in comprehensive rhinoplasty. Methods From June 2020 to July 2021, a total of 56 patients with poor nasal morphology were treated by comprehensive rhinoplasty.The scaf folds were constructed with high-density porous polyethylene material, the scaf folds were wrapped with autogenous ear cartilage, the back of the nose was modifi ed with expanded or silica gel prostheses, and the nasal tip and alar were modifi ed with ear cartilage. The aesthetic ef fect of nose was evaluated after operation, and the complications were observed. Results After 4-13 months of follow-up, nasal length, nasal depth and nasolabial Angle changed signifi cantly before and after operation,the dif ferences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05). And the satisfaction of the operation ef fect was 96.4%(54/56). The alar margin was slightly withdrawn in one patient and the nasal infection was removed in one patient, without other complications.Conclusion High-density porous polyethylene can be used in nasal plastic surgery to prolong and raise the nose, which has the advantages of short operation time, small injury, good mobility of the nose and low incidence of complications.
