固定矫治技术联合烤瓷贴面与传统烤瓷全冠用于前牙美容修复的临床效果比较

Comparison of the Clinical Effects of Fixed Orthodontic Technique Combined with Porcelain Veneer and Traditional Porcelain Full Crown for Cosmetic Restoration of Anterior Teeth

目的:探讨正畸直丝弓矫治技术联合烤瓷贴面在前牙美容修复中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者医院口腔科2017年1月-2020年1月收治的120例行前牙美容修复的患者为研究对象,根据其实际情况及自身意愿分为观察组和对照组。对照组接受常规烤瓷冠修复,观察组接受正畸直丝弓矫治技术联合烤瓷贴面修复,比较两组临床效果、牙龈情况及满意度。结果:观察组牙齿位置、牙周健康状况及整体协调性均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组言语发音/咀嚼功能、术后敏感比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者牙龈情况为0级的数量显著多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意率为96.77%,明显高于对照组的82.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正畸直丝弓矫治技术联合烤瓷贴面修复能够有效提高临床修复效果,改善患者牙周健康情况,提高其满意度。

Objective To investigate the application effect of straight wire appliance combined with porcelain veneer in esthetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 148 patients undergoing esthetic restoration of anterior teeth in Prosthodontics Department of the hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as subjects. They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to their actual conditions and their own will. The control group was treated with porcelain fused to metal crown repair, and the observation group was treated with straight wire appliance combined with porcelain veneer. The clinical ef fects, gingival status and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The status of tooth displacement, oral health and overall coordination of the observation group was signifi cantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). There were no signifi cant dif ference in speaking or masticatory function, periodontal health status or postoperative sensitivity between the two groups(P>0.05). The number of grade 0 gingivae in the observation group was signifi cantly larger than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(96.77% vs 82.76%,P<0.05). Conclusion Repair with straight wire appliance combined with porcelain veneer can ef fectively improve the clinical repair ef fect, improve periodontal health and patient’s satisfaction.
