论思政课教师“政治三力”的提升

思政课教师提升政治判断力、政治领悟力和政治执行力是培育时代新人的现实要求,是实现政治要强的关键所在,是解答学生思想困惑的现实需要。增强政治意识、筑牢政治信念和站稳政治立场是思政课教师提升“政治三力”的内在要求。思政课教师应注重通过持续加强理论学习和历史经验学习、联系自身和社会实际进行深入思考、注重强化教学和科研的实践锻炼、善于深化对政治规律和担当使命的体悟等实践进路,不断提升自身“政治三力”。

The improvement of political judgment,political understanding and political execution of ideological and political teachers is the practical requirement of cultivating new generation,the key to achieve political strength,and the practical need to answer students′ideological confusion.Enhancing political consciousness,building political belief and standing firmly are the internal requirements of ideological and political course teachers to enhance the"three political forces".Ideological and political teachers should continue to strengthen the study of theory and historical experience,make in-depth thinking in connection with their own and social reality,pay attention to strengthen the practical training of teaching and scientific research,be good at deepening the understanding of political laws and missions and other practical approaches,and constantly improve their"three political forces".
