协同育人视角下高校课程思政建设面临的困境及路径优化 被引量:3

摘要 课程思政以高校所有课程的育人属性为逻辑起点,以协同推进立德树人根本任务的落实为最终目标,不仅有利于加强和改进高校思政工作,也有利于建设中国特色社会主义现代化强国。对于此项工作,部分高校还面临认识不到位、教师能力有待提升、评价体系尚需完善的困境。为此,高校必须进一步凝聚协同育人共识,增强教师育人素养,完善协同育人机制,健全课程思政评价体系,充分发挥课程思政建设的协同育人功能。 Curriculum ideological and politics takes the educational attribute of all courses in colleges and universities as the logical starting point, and takes the coordinated promotion of the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating talents as the ultimate goal, which is not only conducive to strengthening and improving the ideological and political work in colleges and universities, but also conducive to building a modern socialist country with Chinese characteristics. For this work, some colleges and universities still face the dilemma of insufficient understanding, teachers’ ability to be improved, and the evaluation system to be improved. Therefore, colleges and universities must further consolidate the consensus of collaborative education, enhance the quality of teachers’ education, improve the mechanism of collaborative education, improve the evaluation system of curriculum ideological and politics, and give full play to the collaborative education function of curriculum ideological and political construction.
