环国家公园地区生态保护规划研究——以环武夷山国家公园保护发展带为例

Research on ecological protection planning of surrounding area of national park——A case study of the protection and development belt of Wuyishan National Park

武夷山国家公园是我国首批正式设立的5个国家公园中人类活动最为频繁的国家公园,环武夷山国家公园保护发展带是武夷山国家公园外划定的缓冲区。分析环武夷山国家公园保护发展带的生态资源禀赋与面临关键问题的基础上,构建生态空间保护与管控体系、生物多样性保护体系、流域保护与修复体系、受损生态系统修复体系进行生态保护与修复,通过实施环带地区的差异化分区管控,明确正负面清单引导,进一步加强武夷山国家公园的保护与管理,与国家公园构成大生态一体化保护系统。

Wuyishan National Park is the one with the most abundant human activities among the first five national parks officially established in China.The protection and development zone around Wuyishan National Park is a buffer zone delimited outside Wuyishan National Park.Based on the analysis of ecological resource endowment and key problems in the protection and development zone around Wuyishan National Park,ecological space protection and control system,biodiversity protection system,watershed protection and restoration system,and damaged ecosystem restoration system were constructed for ecological protection and restoration.To implement differentiated zoning management and control of belt areas,clarify positive and negative list guidance,further strengthen the protection and management of Mount Wuyi National Park,and form a grand ecological integrated protection system with the national park.
