预制装配式RC框架结构抗震性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对预制装配式RC(reinforced concrete)梁柱节点连接及震损后修复的问题,提出一种可修复的梁柱节点连接形式。为验证其有效性和可行性,设计一个装配式节点足尺试件并进行拟静力加载测试,并与现浇节点试件试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明,该装配式节点在承载力、延性、变形和耗能能力均显著优于现浇节点,且破坏主要集中在多缝耗能装置上,预制梁、柱构件基本处在弹性阶段,可以实现节点损伤可控以及震后快速修复的目的。在此基础上,建立装配式梁柱节点及结构的简化数值模型,通过非线性动力时程分析研究了此类装配式RC框架结构的抗震性能。研究结果表明,该装配式结构在各级水平地震作用下均表现较好,满足抗震规范设计要求,其整体抗震性能基本接近现浇结构。 Aiming at the problems of precast reinforced concrete(RC)beam-column joint connection and repair after earthquake damage,a repairable connection form of a beam-column joint was proposed.In order to verify its effectiveness and feasibility,a full-scale precast joint specimen was designed and tested under quasi-static loading,and the test results were compared with those of cast-in-place joint specimen.The results show that the bearing capacity,ductility,deformation and energy dissipation capacity of the precast joint are significantly better than those of the cast-in-place joint,and the damage is mainly concentrated on the multi-slit energy dissipation device,and the precast beam and column members are basically in the elastic stage,which can realize the purpose of joint damage control and rapid repair after earthquake.On this basis,a simplified numerical model of the precast beam-column joint and structure was established,and the seismic performance of this kind of prefabricated RC frame structure was studied by nonlinear dynamic time-history analysis.The results show that the fabricated structure performs well under all levels of horizontal earthquake,meets the requirements of seismic code design,and its overall seismic performance is basically close to that of a cast-in-place structure.
